Now Hiring -Executive Administrative Assistant
Qualifications include:
  • Active Florida Real Estate license with experience working in the industry
  • Excellent writing skills, type minimum of 50 wpm, proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as other programs including but not limited to Outlook, Photoshop and Innovia for MLS
  • Extensive experience showing property, negotiating and closing real estate contracts and attending closings
  • Working knowledge of NSB MLS; Daytona & Orlando MLS a plus
  • Must live in SE Volusia County/ New Smyrna Beach area
  • Regularly update and maintain communication with 25 sales agents including providing technical and administrative support
  • Applicant is required to have a car, current auto insurance and good driving record
  • Executive Administrative Assistant to the owner of the company
