You can access the one car garage from this level and from the garage you access the pool in the huge fenced in back yard.

The pool area is perfect after a long day on the beach! There is a large covered deck by the pool for those seeking shade and also plenty of area for sunning. Enjoy the comfortable lounge chairs surrounding the pool as you enjoy time with family and friends. There's even ring toss for entertainment. The access to the beach is on Watts St. There is a large collection of beach/pool toys and bicycles available for use.
