Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals have gone over and above in all aspects of Property Management from marketing our Condo, rentals and overall taking care of our Condo. We were very impressed on their excellent service this past Fall when our air conditioner failed. The staff contacted us on the problem with the air conditioner and followed through working with the Vendor on completing the install of the new air conditioner. We cannot imagine having any other Property Management taking care of our Condo like they do. They do such a great job. It’s always refreshing coming back to nice clean Condo.
