We are the only property management company in the area that is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. is the only full-service long term property management company that has an in-house maintenance department. Our maintenance staff is available 7-days a week to respond to any repairs or emergencies that may surface. We also contract with trusted local vendors for repairs outside our maintenance staff’s skill level. All vendors are required to be licensed and insured.
