Our rental staff consists of the finest vacation rental industry professional in the area.  Each is a valuable asset to our team and an integral part of our day-t0-day operations.

Toni Roe, Owner, and General Manager have been in the vacation rental management business for over 35 years. Under Toni’s leadership, Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. has become the industry leader in vacation rental management in the New Smyrna Beach area.

Carole Swan, the Rental Manager, heads up the vacation rental division and brings 25+ years of professional experience working in customer service and property management to the vacation rental team. Carole oversees the day-to-day operations. She is responsible for all areas of property services including housekeeping, maintenance, home inspection, facilitating quotes and upgrades, and communicating property needs to homeowners.

Margy Roe, Chief Operations Manager,  manages the onboarding processes for new vacation rental clients.   She works as part of the revenue management team to assist with maximizing rental property revenue.  Margy also manages the marketing team and company website.  She has over 20+ years of experience in the vacation rental industry, holds her Vacation Rental Management Certification, and Professional Residential Manager (PRM) designation, and is a licensed real estate agent.

Greeting customers with a smile, Rental Agents Sherry Altman, Jane McCartha, and Helga Nejedly are responsible for the day-to-day operations at the front desk. Friendly and knowledgeable, all are trained to book quality reservations for your vacation rental. With a combined 50+ years in the customer service industry, they are both valuable assets to the vacation rental team.

George Mossbarger, our Vacation Rentals Third Party & Revenue Management Specialist, is an integral part of our vacation rental team.  His expertise in online traveling networks is essential in today’s travel industry.   He works closely with our online partners such as VRBO, Airbnb, and TripAdvisor.   George also works as part of the Revenue Management Team.  His vast knowledge of online networks coupled with his years of hospitality experience makes him an asset to our Revenue Management team.  His diverse knowledge and passion for all facets of the vacation rental industry make him a perfect fit for our team as he continues to help us expand our marketing arms.

Trisha Owens, our Property Services Coordinator, coordinates housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections. Trisha helps manage our inspectors; relaying any helpful information to the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments. This role assures that the properties we manage are kept in great condition, catching anything that may be out of place, or in need of update or repair.  Trisha’s positive attitude & attention to detail make a big difference when coordinating with staff, vendors, guests, and owners, ensuring the inspections are thorough.  She is an interictal part of our team, ensuring that the properties that we manage offer memorable guest experiences.

Grace Zablosky, our Marketing Specialist, manages all of Ocean Properties’ social media accounts which include graphic design and content creation. Grace also plays a large role in creating content for our Vacation Rentals and Sales newsletters and email blasts and keeping up to date on advertising analytics. For both Vacation Rentals and Sales, she creates all marketing and advertisement brochures and merchandise for rental and real estate promotion.

Sherry Tarr, the Long Term Property Manager, has over 34 years of property management experience.  She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has extensive knowledge of our local rental market.  She is an integral part of our Long Term Team and we are blessed to have her.
