Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. has a back office support staff that is available to assist our real estate associates with various different procedures. They are available to offer support regarding listing presentations, completion of contractual documents, contract negotiations, creation of colored property brochures and company policies & procedures.
Ocean Properties Vacation Rental Staff
Our full time rental staff consists of five of the finest rental agents found anywhere. Toni Roe, Owner and General Manager, has been in the rental management business for over 30 years. Under Toni’s leadership, Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. has become the industry leader in vacation rental management in the New Smyrna Beach area.
Carole Swan, Rental Manager, heads up the vacation rental division and brings 25+ years of professional experience working in customer service and property management to the vacation rental team. Carole oversees the day-to-day operations. She is responsible for all areas of property services including housekeeping, maintenance, home inspection, facilitating quotes and upgrades, and communicating property needs to home owners.
Dixie Harman, the Ocean Walk Rental Manager, was a Memory care coordinator/ CNA for an Alzheimer’s and Dementia care facility for 5 years in Port Orange. In 2013 she decided to make a career change and was hired on by Shoreline Vacation Rentals as a Rental Assistant for 3 years and Rental Manager for a year after. Dixie Managed around 75-80 condos within the Oceanwalk Complex before merging with Ocean Properties and Vacation Rentals in January of 2019.
Greeting customers with a smile, Rental Agents Sherry Altman, Jane McCartha, and Kiki Anderson are responsible for the day-to-day operations at the front desk. Friendly and knowledgeable, all are trained to book quality reservations for your vacation rental. With a combined 50+ years in the customer service industry they are both valuable assets to the vacation rental team.
Margy Roe’s primary focus is managing the on-boarding processes for new vacation rental clients. She works as part of the revenue management team to assist with maximizing rental property revenue. Margy also manages the marketing team and company website. She has over 20+ years of experience in the vacation rental industry, holds her Vacation Rental Management Certification, Professional Residential Manager (PRM) designation and is a licensed real estate agent.
George Mossbarger, our Marketing Coordinator, is a welcome addition to the OP team. His diverse knowledge and passion for all facets of the vacation rental industry make him a perfect fit for our team as he continues to help us expand our marketing arms.
