Once upon a time, beach life in Florida was a lot simpler than it is today. Every square inch of ocean views weren’t taken up by high-rise hotels, and condos and cottages were cozy, comfortable, and rarely stacked more than six floors in height. Sea Coast Gardens II harkens back to those easy, golden days, offering that laid back vibe; it is only five floors and a hosts a variety of amenities that enhance the vacation experience.

This wonderful resort community features two pools resting side by side—an adult pool and a children’s pool—ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to swim safely. A community hot tub is also located in the pool area, offering a way to fight back against aches and pains and release any stress and tension that may be lingering from your travels. A barbecue area is set up to enable guests to enjoy that all-American pastime of a family barbecue, and shuffleboard courts are another throwback to the golden days of Florida.

Our Sea Coast Gardens II Retreats

There are only 85 units in this community, and although our tour of resort amenities has finished, there is still so much more to explore in the rentals you choose to make your own. Offering 1- and 2-bedroom models with room for as many as 6 guests in the larger models, these spaces are perfect little love nests for couples seeking a romantic getaway, but families will find they are equally comfortable.

Most of our sanctuaries will offer ocean views, but even the ones that don’t will bring you joy. Because this community does sit on sandy shores, all you have to do is step outside, walk a few steps, and the ocean will be there. Some properties may even offer ocean views from the primary suite, adding romance and serenity to your stay! Wake up each morning, slide open the doors, and let salt air and the roar of the ocean work its magic on your soul.

We had the most fabulous time at 305 Ebb Tide! It is furnished perfectly and has everything you need from sunrise to sunset for a perfect beach vacation. Our girls trip for the second year in a row at this condo could not have been more fun. The beach location is private and quiet, clean and wide sand beach. The pool is well maintained and sizable for the size condos and the property is kept clean and well maintained. This would be a great condo for a month long rental!!

Comfort isn’t always guaranteed with other vacation rentals, but we at Ocean Properties have spent far too many of our own vacations feeling uncomfortable and out of place to have our guests suffer the same inconveniences. Our spaces are light, bright, airy, and ever so comfortable, offering sofas where your best naps will be taken, dining room chairs that are so comfortable there will be no issues playing a second game of Monopoly or enjoying another bottle of wine as you play cards, watch TV, or simply sit and talk about how wonderful this vacation has been. Premium beds topped with silky soft linens will be where your happiest dreams and deepest sleeps occur, although we have to admit, the proximity of the ocean plays a big part in that as well!

We like to make things convenient for our guests, and our units will be stocked with toiletries in the bathrooms and will offer closets in which you will find beach gear, beach toys, and coolers for snacks and beverages, extending the time you spend on the sand. Assigned parking spaces for one car ensure that you will always have a place for your car, and bathrooms offer tub/shower combos, an amenity that parents with toddlers or infants are very appreciative of. For guests staying longer than the average week’s stay, large closets in all the bedrooms will give you room for all your clothing and necessities, and spacious and cheerful kitchens will enable you to eat at home more, save a little money, and spend more time exploring all the amenities our condos offer.
