Fishing License

Fishing licenses are required for anyone who takes, attempts to take or possesses marine fish for non-commercial purposes in New Smyrna Beach.  No license is required if you are age 65 or older, under age 16, or fishing from a boat or pier with a recreational fishing license.  All non-Florida residents must have a license.  You can obtain a fishing license online please click here.

Cudas Inshore Classic

Ocean Properties & Management, Inc. is a proud sponsor of the Cudas Inshore Classic.  Hosted by the New Smyrna Beach High School Barracuda Football Booster Club the Cudas Inshore Classic is held on August 11, 2018, from 5 pm at the New Smyrna Marina.  Prize money and awards will be given to the biggest redfish, biggest trout, lady & junior anglers, most weigh,t and most spots.  Bring the kids!  The little angler’s dock tournament is from 10 am-1 pm – Cath as many as you can in 3 hours to win!  Tournament sign-up is on Friday, August 10th from 5 pm-7 pm.  $100 entry fee per boat.
