In-House Accounting Department

Our in-house accounting department is an integral part of our property management team. While many rental companies outsource their accounting functions, we handle everything internally, from the time a guest pays for their reservation to issuing monthly owner statements. We also collect, report, and remit all applicable sales tax to the State of Florida and Volusia County on your behalf. At year’s end, owners receive a complete accounting summary and reservation recap for tax and performance tracking.

Inspections & Quality Control

To maintain the highest standards across all properties, our inspection team conducts routine and post-clean walkthroughs to ensure each home is clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.

During inspections, we look for:

• Missed or incomplete cleaning tasks
• Maintenance concerns or visible damages

Additional Inspection Services:

• Vacant Property Checks: Performed while a property is unoccupied to monitor its condition
• Post-Storm Assessments: Conducted after major weather events to help document and report any concerns (fee may apply)

Maintenance Services

Our in-house maintenance team is a cost-effective and efficient solution, typically costing half the price of hiring an outside vendor. Because we manage the schedule internally and operate from a centrally located beachside office, we’re able to respond faster and resolve issues more quickly than waiting on external service providers.
