Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from three expansive 25-foot covered patios, with sliding pocket doors on each level that open wide to the sea breeze. The home features a private oceanfront infinity pool (no hot tub), WiFi, cable TV, a 3-stop elevator, and all linens provided. Tastefully decorated throughout, the home features tile flooring on every level, creating a clean and cohesive coastal feel.

Level One:
This level features a spacious ocean-view leisure room with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, surround sound, and a large wet bar with granite countertops and a mini fridge. Guests of all ages will enjoy the added fun of a skeech ball table and foosball table, making this the perfect space for indoor entertainment. Pocket doors seamlessly open to a spacious covered patio that invites you to relax in the shade while enjoying uninterrupted views of the Atlantic, then flow out to the stunning oceanfront pool deck—your private paradise just steps from the sand. Families will appreciate the “Little Tike’s” room on this level, equipped with two bunk beds (including one with a twin pull-out) and a full bath with walk-in shower. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also located on this floor.

Level Two:
The second level boasts a gorgeous oceanfront living room with leather couches, a large flat-screen TV, and surround sound. Pocket doors open to the covered balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite countertops, Thermador stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, built-in refrigerator and dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare meals in style. Dine with ocean views in the bay window dining area with seating for 6, plus 6 more at the kitchen island. This level also includes two bedrooms, each with queen beds and private balconies. One full bath features a tub/shower, and the second bath offers a walk-in shower.

Level Three:
Upstairs, the oceanfront master suite is a showstopper, featuring a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, spacious walk-in closet, and a luxurious private bath with double granite vanities, a jetted Whirlpool tub, and a large walk-in shower. Pocket doors open to a private 25-foot oceanfront balcony. Just outside the suite is a bonus room with bean bags and a flat-screen TV for extra hangout space. Two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and share a balcony. One of these bedrooms includes a private bath with a walk-in shower. A half bath is also located on this level for added convenience.
