The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Welcome to Coastal Escape Pool Home, a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation retreat with a private pool and tropical backyard oasis. Your private pool can be heated for extra comfort during cooler weather, available upon request for an additional fee. Relax in your own lush paradise, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or unwinding beneath the palms. Inside, you will find a stylish blend of modern finishes and charming beach decor throughout. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this home is just a short walk to the car free beach, Mi Mexico restaurant, and a nearby boat launch ideal for flats boats and kayaks, and only 5 minutes from the shops, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere of Flagler Avenue.

Living Area and Kitchen

Step inside and feel instantly at ease in the open concept living space, complete with a plush sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and large smart TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, a standard coffee maker, and a blender, offering everything you need to enjoy meals at home. Dine together at the table for six or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter. A spacious sunroom opens to your private backyard oasis, where you will find a sparkling seasonally heated pool, paved deck, outdoor seating, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor speakers for poolside tunes.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The main bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third includes two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. A hall bath with a tub and shower combination completes the layout.

Amenities and Extras

Additional amenities include WiFi, streaming services, YouTube TV, live cable channels, books, board games, a full size washer and dryer, and all the beach gear you will need, including chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, toys, a cooler, towels, and a cart to roll everything to the sand. Please note, this home does not have traditional cable TV. Streaming services are available using your own login. The garage and any items located inside the garage are not available for guest use. All pool and beach equipment can be found in the storage shed located by the pool for your convenience. One propane tank is provided per rental for your convenience. If additional propane is needed during your stay, it will be replenished and charged accordingly.

Pool Heating Information

The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee. Guests must contact us at least two days prior to arrival to activate pool heat so it is ready for your stay.
