This home offers two separate living quarters with two separate entrances perfect for families or groups traveling together.  There is a 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs and a 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs with wrap-around deck.  

Downstairs guests are greeted by the cozy living quarters featuring a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Ninja Foodi Smart(Indoor grill, air fry, roast, bake & broil).  Wake up every morning, walk outside to the covered patio, and enjoy your coffee as there is a standard coffee maker provided.  All cooking essentials are included.  Also featured is a smart TV, comfortable leather loveseat, and dining table with seating for four.

Two bedrooms can also be found in the 1st level living quarters.   The main bedroom features a queen size bed, 55" smart TV, and access to the laundry room featuring a full-size washer/dryer.  The 2nd bedroom features a small desk, a 55" smart TV, and a bunk bed with a full bed on the top and futon on the bottom.  Outside in the hall is a full bath with a tub/shower to wash the sand from your toes.

Upstairs through a separate entrance, guests will find the main house.  As you walk in you are welcomed by an island vibe and vibrant colors.  Large sliders surround the oceanside of this home offering amazing views of the ocean.  The oceanfront living room has a leather section couch, 75" smart TV, and a decorative fireplace.  Eat meals while watching the waves crash upon the shore at the dining room table with seating for six.  Additional seating is provided at the kitchen bar for four.  The large fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your Cheese Burger in paradise.  Kitchen essentials include a refrigerator with ice/water dispense
