Perfectly positioned near everything the area has to offer, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, making it ideal for family reunions or multiple families traveling together. Enjoy your own private tropical oasis with a sparkling pool, comfortable pool furniture, covered patio, fenced yard, and a gas BBQ grill, all designed for relaxing days under the Florida sun.
Luxury Living Across Three Spacious Levels
With over 4,000 square feet of beautifully designed living space, Coastal Dream offers the perfect balance of gathering areas and private retreats. The home features an elevator, tile floors throughout, smart TVs and ceiling fans in every bedroom, designer bedding, high thread count sheets, luxury bath towels, WiFi, cable, and two full size washer and dryers, everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
First Level, Private Living Space with Pool Access
The first level includes two bedrooms, one full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a full size washer and dryer. This level can also be rented separately during the off season. The living room features a leather twin sofa sleeper, a 75 inch smart TV, and sliders that open directly to the pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Guests will find all cooking essentials provided, including a crockpot, kettle, Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, specialty dishes, serving platters, roasting pans, and blender. A high chair is also provided, and the kitchen island offers seating for four.
The first bedroom features a king size bed, 50 inch smart TV, and sliders to the pool area. The second bedroom offers a double bed, sofa sleeper, and smart TV. The full bath includes a walk in shower.
Second Level, Comfortable Bedrooms and Additional Living Space
The second level opens to a large den with a cozy sectional, 50 inch smart TV, built in shelving, pantry, microwave, sink, counter space, and a small refrigerator.
The third bedroom features a queen size bed, 50 inch smart TV, and armoire, with access to a Jack and Jill full bath, note there is no closet. The ocean view fourth bedroom includes a queen size bed, 50 inch smart TV, armoire, sliders to the balcony, and access to the same Jack and Jill bath, which offers dual sinks and a walk in shower.
The spacious fifth bedroom serves as a primary suite and includes a queen size bed, 50 inch smart TV, enormous walk in closet, dual sinks, and a walk in shower. Sliders open to an oversized ocean view balcony with plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing sunrises or evening gatherings. A full size washer and dryer is also located on this level.
Third Level, Main Living Area with Stunning Ocean Views
On the third level, guests are welcomed by a coffee bar stocked with everything needed to make the perfect cup of coffee. The luxury kitchen features granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.
The large island provides additional counter space and seating for four, while the dining table seats up to eight and offers beautiful ocean views. The living area features a 75 inch smart TV, large leather wrap around sofa with recliners, and incredible views of the Atlantic. A nearby wet bar with a mini double refrigerator and sink is perfect for mixing your favorite island cocktail.
The second primary suite is also located on this level and includes sliders to the balcony, a king size bed, 50 inch smart TV, and ensuite bath with dual sinks, bidet, hair dryer, and walk in shower. Please note the owners lock off the closet for personal use, but alternative hanging and storage space are provided. All linens and beach towels are supplied, along with a high chair and portable crib.
Outdoor Living, Parking, and Extras
The third level balcony offers spectacular ocean views, a high top table with seating for four, and the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Coastal Dream provides garage parking for one vehicle along with additional parking for guests. Please note that a golf cart is kept in the garage and is not available for guest use.
Guests will enjoy WiFi, cable, and streaming services, personal login required, along with books, board games, and toys for family fun.
Flexible Rental Options and Seasonal Touches
During the off season, Coastal Dream can be rented separately to fit your needs. The first level may be reserved as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, while the second and third levels can be rented together as a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath space. Please contact our office for more information.
The owner enjoys decorating the home throughout the year with seasonal touches that add warmth and charm. Décor may vary and is not guaranteed for every stay.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, this home is equipped with Ring surveillance cameras, including a doorbell camera at the front entrance, an exterior camera, and one overlooking the pool area.
