Ocean getaway

by Vickie 2023-05-14

When we first arrived, we noticed the AC was not working. Someone came quickly and brought floor fans. Thankfully, it wasn’t too hot that night. Repairs were made the next morning and we were good to go! Very clean, updated unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Great view! We love the NSB area and look forward to renting this unit again!

Just perfect!

by Karin 2023-01-03

The view is outstanding, we got up to see the sunrise every morning. The apartment was sparkling clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. The site manager was helpful with local tips and always available . The pool was the cleanest I'd seen in an older property like this. Hurricane Nicole left the entire area without access to get to the beach so that was the only frustrating part. We had to drive a mile to get to a place where we could access the beach. Parking at the beach access was plentiful even during high season. Ocean Properties as also easy to work with. All in all a great location for a quick sunny getaway. Don't miss a visit to the NS Dunes to see sunset! JBs Restaurant was also a favorite.

The best deal in town

by James 2021-12-15

This unit is an excellent choice for a couple, maybe with one or two small children. It has a beautiful southeastern exposure looking out over the beach. It's nicely furnished, has a well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable king size bed. Hacienda del Sol is in a great location on the beach with no cars, with restaurants and shopping close by - and has a heated pool. Canaveral National Seashore is only a few miles away by car. NSB is also one of the oldest cities in Florida, and visitors should definitely check out the historic sites and learn about the history of the area.

Just perfect

by Mark 2021-10-24

Condo was perfect. View is spectacular. Everything you would need is provided. Beach is perfect for walking. Perfect place to vacation. Grounds were very nicely maintained. Locals were very friendly. I will absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay 4th of July week. I thought the condo was very nice and how cute what they did with the closet, making it into an extra bedroom for kids. The only issue we had was some ants on the kitchen counters. Would definitely stay again
