Start and end the day on the private ocean-view balcony, accessible from both the living area and bedroom. Downstairs, the seasonally heated beachfront pool and direct access to the drive beach make it easy to move from coffee to pool time to the sand.

All guests receive a welcome basket containing 2 coffee pods, a package of coffee, tea bags with sweeteners, and 2 granola bars for your your enjoyment!

Inside, the condo accommodates up to four guests with two queen beds. There is also an extra self inflatable twin air mattress available to use. A full kitchen, Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a multi-charging station is provided in the master bedroom., elevator access and an on-site laundry facility add the practical conveniences travelers look for when comparing New Smyrna Beach rentals.
