This gorgeous end unit located in the brand-new building 20 is sure to meet all your vacation needs. The closest building to Rec. 1 features the clubhouse, pool, spa, bar-b-que area, exercise facility, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts; guests have all the amenities right at their fingertips. Description
This gorgeous end unit located in the brand-new building 20 is sure to meet all your vacation needs. The closest building to Rec. 1 features the clubhouse, pool, spa, bar-b-que area, exercise facility, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts; guests have all the amenities right at their fingertips.
This unit has a welcoming coastal feel centered on the brightly colored coral reef. You walk into the open concept floor plan and enter the living room which is furnished with a neutral grey couch and love seat that has beautiful bright red and blue sea-themed throw pillows and decor with a lovely blue coral rug to make you feel like you’re right at the beach! While sitting on the comfortable living furniture you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows on the 55" flat-screen TV. The living room opens into the spacious and updated kitchen that offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cherry wood cabinets that are fully stocked with everything you’d need during your stay. Overlooking the breakfast bar that seats three is the inviting dining area that offers a dining table with beautiful coral-shaped candle holders as centerpieces and seating for six.
Off of the main living area, you’ll find access to one of the two balconies this unit has to offer. Located in the hallway is the full-size laundry room that’s equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Both guest bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, a nightstand, a full-size dresser, and spacious closets. In between the two guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom that has a granite countertop vanity and shower tub combo. The master bedroom offers an inviting queen size bedroom suite with two matching end tables and a full-sized dresser, the master suite also offers a walk-in closet and its own private balcony. The master bathroom includes granite countertops with his and her sinks, a relaxing Jacuzzi tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. The balcony offers two chairs and a small table. This condo offers a Beach cart and Beach chairs to take to the beach

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!
Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.
