On the west side, you can also enjoy pool and sunset views from the common area balcony and the den window, giving you the best of both morning and evening skies.

Beach access is just a short walk away, and as the newest and final building constructed in the complex, built in 2018, it features secured entry, private gated garage parking, and convenient elevator and stair access.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, under cabinet lighting, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and all the cooking essentials you will need for your stay. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen counter.


Bedrooms and Den Sleeping Space

The primary suite features a king size bed, drop down secretary desk, cozy recliner, 44 inch Samsung Smart TV, large walk in closet, and private balcony access. The attached bath includes dual sinks, a comfort height toilet, a large soaking tub with Jacuzzi, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and 40 inch Samsung Smart TV. The den is set up as a flexible bonus space that functions as a lounge, game room, and office, while also serving as an additional sleeping area when needed. It includes two power recliners, a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV, a hidden built in desk, plus games and books. For sleeping, the space provides two twin size self inflating AeroBeds with full bedding, keeping the home positioned as a two bedroom plus den layout with a maximum occupancy of six.

Beach towels, portable beach chairs, noodles, and a rolling cooler are included for guest use. All TVs include cable service, and the condo offers WiFi and landline phones with free local and long distance calling.
