The one car garage is stocked with everything you need for a perfect beach day, including beach chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a cooler, a blow up kayak, and an inflatable air pump station. The garage also provides access to the washer and dryer, along with a portable outdoor gas grill that can be rolled out by the pool for cooking the day’s fresh catch.
The main living area is located on the second level, where you step into a bright and welcoming space designed for gathering and relaxing. The living room features two comfortable sofas and two additional chairs arranged around a 60 inch smart TV. Natural light fills the open layout through sliding glass doors that connect the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Step outside onto the balcony to enjoy ocean views and seating overlooking the pool, the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
The kitchen is beautifully designed with white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Guests will find both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, along with a crock pot, kettle, blender, air fryer, toaster, and more. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 3 at the bar top. A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen and dining area.

The first bedroom includes a queen bed, a 40 inch smart TV, and west facing sunset views. The second bedroom also enjoys sunset views and a 40 inch smart TV, and now features two sets of bunk beds with queen over queen, offering four queen beds total. An additional blow up bed is available in the linen closet for extra guests. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and single vanity.
