Owners have access to an online account which offers a package of tools related specifically to your property. It allows owners to stay up to date on the rental activity of the property: view the availability calendar, block off dates for personal use, view upcoming reservations, create maintenance requests, and more.
In-House Accounting Department
In addition to a full in-house staff of maintenance, customer service, and property management agents, Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. has an in-house accounting department as part of our New Smyrna property management team. From guest payment for bookings to a monthly statement and revenue report provided to owners, the accounting department handles all financial needs, including a bill pay service. The department handles collection of State of Florida and County of Volusia sales tax with guest reservations, takes care of payment for any repairs or maintenance, housekeeping services, and other services performed at your Bouchelle Island home, and reflects these costs on your monthly owner statement. We also provide a year-end accounting statement detailing all costs as well as a reservation recap of the activity throughout the year.
