We know the New Smyrna Beach area because we are immersed in it every day. Our rental office is located in the Ocean Properties Building at 3500 S. Atlantic Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, FL, 32169. That is just across the street from the white, sandy beach that makes the area famous, and less than 5 minutes from the Castle Reef Condominiums. This location also makes guest check-in simple, 7-days a week. In-person, face-to-face contact during check-in at this central location provides more personalized service for guests and allows us to provide top-notch customer service with maintenance issues, guest lockouts, or other problems that may occur during a guest’s stay.

In addition to a full in-house staff of maintenance, customer service, and property management agents, Ocean Properties Vacation Rentals, Inc. has an in-house accounting department as an integral part of our New Smyrna property management team. From guest payment for bookings to the monthly statement and revenue report provided to owners, the accounting department handles all financial needs, including a bill pay service. This also includes the handling of State of Florida and County of Volusia sales tax with guest reservations. The accounting department also takes care of payment for any repairs or maintenance, housekeeping services, and other services performed at your Castle Reef Condominium home and reflect these costs on your monthly owner statement. We also provide a year-end accounting statement detailing all costs as well as a reservation recap of the activity at the property throughout the year.
